TOLD YA SO!! LOS ANGELES PROSECUTORS HAVING DIFFICULT TIME FINDING EVIDENCE TO CHARGE CHRIS BROWN … MAY POSTPONE ARRAIGNMENT!!
Remember a few weeks ago when everyone was saying that Chris Brown would be charged with a SERIOUS FELONY. Here’s what E! News is reporting: An initial arraignment date was set for March 5 following his arrest earlier this month for his altercation with Rihanna. But that court appearance "may not happen," Los Angeles district attorney spokeswoman Jane Robison tells E! News. "We don't have the evidence yet. [Los Angeles police detectives] are still investigating," says Robison, who doesn't expect her office to receive the case until at least next week. "If [detectives] determine they need more time they'll set a new date for him to come into court," says Robison. Once the LAPD finishes its investigation and presents the D.A. with the evidence, Robison says prosecutors must decide whether to file felony charges, reject the charges if the evidence is insufficient, or refer the case to the city attorney's office if they decide the behavior was simply a misdemeanor violation… But as they build their case, the source says, prosecutors fear that making any serious felony charges stick could prove difficult in a case where there are no direct witnesses other than Rihanna and Brown.

SAAPHYRI FROM CHARM SCHOOL WAS A CRIMINAL FUGITIVE WHILE ON FLAVOR OF LOVE … AND CHARM SCHOOL … AND I LOVE MONEY!!!
Saaphyri Windsor, the winner of the first season of VH1’s Charm School, was serving time in a prison in California. But you’re not going to believe WHY!!!. You see it turns out that Saaphyri has a very checkered past. Actually, her name isn’t even Saaphyri Windsor – it’s Wanda Scott. she has been on the run from the law for the past 3 years. In 2004, Saaphyri was arrested for stealing her uncle’s identity and running up thousands of dollars in debt to pay for her BREAST IMPLANTS.You see, had Saaphyri shown up to her initial sentencing in 2005, she would likely have received only six months in county jail and probation. But since Saaphyri didn't show up know she has just been sentenced to three years in prison. And she was ordered to pay restitution, fines, and fees totaling $8500.

Source: Chris Brown 'Knocked Around' Rihanna
New details have emerged about the midnight altercation between Chris Brown and Rihanna that led to Brown being booked on a felony criminal threat charge on Sunday. "Chris knocked her around," "Black eye, blood, bruises. She had to be treated by a doctor." A police source confirms that the singer suffered a black eye as well as "a swollen split lip and two red and purple contusions on either side of her forehead." The source, who described police photos of Rihanna, added, "She looked distraught and in a lot of pain. Her eyes were closed because she was looking down." The Barbados-bred beauty, 20 – who is currently in "a safe place," says a friend – is cooperating with detectives, according to the Los Angeles Times. Los Angeles Police Chief William Bratton has said he expects the case will be handed over to the district attorney's office on Tuesday or Wednesday. At that time, the prosecutors could charge Brown, 19, with more crimes. The case could be affected by how much Rihanna is willing to forgive her boyfriend. "Prosecutors back off somewhat when they see a couple trying to work out their own issues," says Steve Sitkoff, an L.A. defense attorney. But, says the friend, "I would be so sad if she went back to him." In the meantime, both stars have canceled upcoming appearances: The NBA has issued a statement that Brown will no longer participate in their All-Star Game events in Phoenix this weekend, while Rihanna backed out of a Friday night concert in Malaysia.

Jennifer Hudson's Emotional Grammy Win & Performance
Jennifer Hudson hit plenty of emotional notes during the 51st annual Grammy Awards. The singer collected the Sunday's first major award, best R&B album for her self-titled debut, making reference to her slain family in a tearful acceptance speech. "Thank God, who brought me through," Hudson, 27, said on the stage of Los Angeles's Staples Center. "I'd like to thank my family in heaven – and those who are here today." Hudson also thanked fiancĂ© David Otunga, who told E! before the show, "the last few months have been an ordeal and it just brought us closer," for his support. Later, the Grammy winner fought back more tears after earning a standing ovation for her power ballad "You Pulled Me Through." Hudson belted out the song in a black, sequined sheath with the backing of a choir. "I was in the darkness. I was out in the cold," she sang. "You reached out your arms to me ... pulled me back from the edge."

Thousands Of MySpace Sex Offender Refugees Found On Facebook
MySpace is in the spotlight today because it revealed that 90,000 registed sex offenders have been kicked off its site in the past two years. But where did all of those sex offenders go? Some evidence suggests that a portion of them are now on Facebook. John Cardillo is a former New York City police officer and the CEO of Sentinel, a security technology firm based in Miami which helps MySpace, Bebo, MyYearbook, WePlay, and other social networks identify sex offenders. He goes so far as to call Facebook a “safe haven” for sex offenders. Needless to say, Facebook is not a client, and MySpace is his biggest one. But he shared some data with me that is hard to overlook.

Michelle Obama Immortalized in Wax
The first lady is already getting her first statue: Madame Tussauds Washington, D.C., will unveil a wax figure of Michelle Obama in March. In this photo (released Wednesday), Madame Tussauds senior sculptor Colin Jackson touches up the clay mold of her figure's head. When complete, Michelle's figure will join her husband Barack Obama's wax figure, which was unveiled in February 2008, in a replica of the Oval Office. Obama is the third first lady to be immortalized in wax by Madame Tussauds Washington D.C., joining Jacqueline Kennedy and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
